Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ENTIMARIN s.r.o. handles personal information in connection with the website at syncroworks.online. It is written under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, because the site is written for readers in Australia, and it includes a section on European data protection law because the publisher is established in the Czech Republic.
The short version: this site collects nothing from you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and asks for no information. What follows explains the small amount that happens anyway.
1. Who is responsible

ENTIMARIN s.r.o. is the data controller for the purposes of European data protection law and the entity accountable under the Australian Privacy Principles for the handling described below.
2. What is actually collected
Three categories, and no others.
Server logs
The hosting provider that serves this site records an ordinary web server log for each request. Each entry contains the IP address the request came from, the browser user agent string, the URL requested, the response status, the number of bytes sent and the date and time. These logs are generated by the server software, not by anything on the page, and they exist for every website.
Email you choose to send
If you write to info@syncroworks.online, the publisher receives your email address, whatever you put in the message, and the ordinary technical headers that accompany any email. Nothing obliges you to write, and nothing on this site asks you to.
Nothing else
This site sets no cookies of its own and permits no third party to set cookies through it. It uses no analytics, no advertising tags, no conversion pixels, no social embeds, no chat widget, no A/B testing tool and no externally hosted scripts or fonts. It uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB and no device fingerprinting. There is no form, no newsletter, no account and no input field anywhere on the site, so there is no mechanism by which it could collect anything from you.
3. Why each category is held, and on what basis

No personal information is used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and none is sold, rented or disclosed for anybody else's commercial purposes.
4. How long each category is kept
- Server logs: retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of the provider's log rotation.
- Email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Where a message relates to a legal or accounting obligation, it is kept for the period that obligation requires and no longer.
5. Who else sees it, including outside Australia
Server logs are held by the hosting provider that operates the servers this site runs on, acting on the publisher's instructions. Email is held by the provider of the publisher's mailbox. The publisher will identify either provider on request by email.
No other third party receives personal information from this site. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no content delivery network and no font service, because the site makes no external requests of any kind.
Cross-border disclosure (APP 8). The publisher is established in the Czech Republic, and the hosting and email providers operate servers outside Australia. Handling the information described in this policy therefore involves disclosing it to recipients outside Australia, principally in the European Union. Where information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, ENTIMARIN s.r.o. takes reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, through its contracts with those providers.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. Access to server logs and to the publisher's mailbox is limited to the publisher, and accounts used to administer the site are protected by multi-factor authentication. The publisher holds no payment information, no identity documents and no account credentials belonging to readers, because none are collected.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and this policy does not claim otherwise.
7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles
You may ask for access to personal information the publisher holds about you, and you may ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. In practice the only such information is likely to be an email exchange you started.
Write to info@syncroworks.online. The publisher aims to respond within 30 days. Access is free; there is no charge for making a request.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which regulates privacy in Australia and publishes its complaints process at oaic.gov.au. The OAIC generally expects a complaint to have been raised with the organisation first.
8. Notifiable data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to an individual whose personal information is involved, ENTIMARIN s.r.o. will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9. Children
This site is not directed at people under 16, collects nothing from anybody, and therefore collects nothing from children. It contains no content requiring an age declaration and asks for no information at any point.
10. European and United Kingdom data protection
ENTIMARIN s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its handling of personal information. The basis relied on is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): keeping the site available and secure, and answering correspondence. Consent is not relied on, because the site sets no cookies and uses no non-essential technologies for which consent could be required.
Where the GDPR or the United Kingdom GDPR applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests go to info@syncroworks.online.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. For this publisher, the competent authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), which publishes its own contact details and complaints process; readers in the United Kingdom may instead complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, and readers in Australia to the OAIC as described above.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published at this address with a new effective date at the top. Material changes — for example the introduction of any cookie, analytics tool or form — will be described on this page before the change takes effect, and a consent mechanism will be in place beforehand where one is required.
